No...it's not a myth. The G-Spot or Grafenberg Spot really does exist.

There is still some debate as to what exactly the G-Spot is, though. Some experts believe that it is the female prostate gland, because when the area is properly stimulated, it may produce an orgasmic ejaculation. Yes...women can ejaculate! Not all women experience this release of fluid during G-Spot orgasm...but if you do, don't worry...it won't stain the sheets.

Why would I want to find my G-spot? A G-Spot orgasm can produce a more intense, deeper, more fulfilling orgasm. Who doesn't want that?!

How do I find my G-Spot? Finding the G-Spot can be much easier if you are already feeling aroused. Even better to have already had an orgasm. If you have already been adequately aroused, the area will be swollen and more sensitive.

Each woman's G-Spot is different. Generally, the area is found 1-3 inches into the vagina and towards the front. Start out lying on your back and insert 1 finger into the vagina. Curl your finger and make the "come here" motion. Explore the area. There are a lot of textures in there! Most of it may feel like the inside of the cheeks of your mouth. The G-Spot is only about the size of a dime. This area will feel more rigid than the other areas.

There are not a lot of nerve endings inside the vagina. If you find a spot that feels more sensitive when touched...you have probably found it! A good indicator, and the one that usually scares us and haults our explorations, is the urge to urinate. If you suddenly feel like you are about to pee...you probably hit your G-Spot. If you feel nervous about it, get up and empty your bladder and then go right back to that spot!!

Toys and/or a partner can also help in locating the G-Spot. Sometimes a partner can get a better angle using their finger. Toys that are curved on the end are made, specifically, for G-Spot play!

Be patient! It may take weeks or months to locate your G-Spot and learn to properly stimulate it to orgasm. It is also important to remember that the G-Spot needs firm pressure! The G-Spot is not inside the vagina; it is stimulated through the vaginal wall.

Take your time and relax. When you find it...it will have been worth the hunt!!
